Time to caucus

Happy precinct caucus day, Southwest.
Tonight is when parties begin their selection of candidates and issues to focus on this election season. It’s unlikely this year’s meetings are going to be quite like they were two years ago, when party members were deciding whom to endorse for president. But there are a number of intriguing races this year — in particular, who will be endorsed to succeed longtime 60A Representative (and current Speaker of the House (and gubernatorial candidate)) Margaret Anderson Kelliher.
The Southwest Journal has compiled caucus locations for most political parties’ meetings in our coverage area. So if you know your ward and precinct numbers, just click here to see where to go tonight.
If you don’t know your ward and/or precinct, click here for the city’s precinct finder.
